Flexible Working Hours

At McKeever Hotels, many positions involve shift work, however, this does not mean working unsociable hours.

We believe that shift work can be utilised to accommodate or balance your life outside of work.

Part-time, term-time and job sharing are a few of the option we would consider.

Training and Development

We are dedicated to our staff’s personal development, no matter what level they’re at.

We offer a range of training activities/methods that range from one-on-one to external certified training and

even higher-level apprenticeships. On top of this, our off-the-job training involves statutory I.T training,

customer care, and skills development. We look at each individual to create training plans based on our

employees’ requirements while aligning with our business objective.
