Picture this: it’s 2019, and Jade has just finished her A-Level studies. She begins working as a waitress here at Dunadry Hotel and Gardens, thinking it’ll be a fun way to spend her gap year. Little did she know, her life was about to take a deliciously unexpected turn! During those lockdown days, Jade discovered a hidden talent – baking. What started as a quarantine hobby soon turned into a full-blown passion.
Now, let’s talk about transitions. Going from serving tables to whipping up pastries in the kitchen wasn’t a piece of cake (pun totally intended). Jade faced doubts, uncertainties, and a whole lot of “am I doing the right thing?” moments. But with the support of her amazing colleagues and a sprinkle of determination, Jade embraced every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Jill not only taught Jade new skills but also became her cheerleader, pushing her to believe in herself and her incredible talent.
